This guidance and handbook is for you if you are:

• a community, voluntary, private or public sector representative on a Newcastle Partnership group – this includes the key Delivery Partnerships, the Strategic Board, the Delivery Board, and appropriate sub-groups and working groups

• a Newcastle Partnership officer – this means someone who works to support a Newcastle Partnership group or is a member of the Newcastle partnership staff team

• anyone who works in an organisation which is carrying out part or parts of the SCS

• a Newcastle resident wanting to know more about the Partnership’s purpose and role
