The Strategic Board meets on a quarterly basis.
Delivery Board
Chair - Barry Rowland, Chief Executive of Newcastle City Council
Membership: Newcastle City Council, Newcastle PCT, Northumbria Police, Your Homes Newcastle, JobCentre Plus, Private Sector, Voluntary Sector and Community Sector.
(this should be viewed as a pool of representatives who will be invited to meetings as appropriate depending on the topics under consideration.)
The Delivery Board meets every 6 weeks.
Innovation Group
Chair - Cllr David Faulkner, Deputy Leader of Newcastle City Council
Membership: Newcastle City Council, Universities/Further Education Sector, Community Sector, Voluntary Sector, Private Sector, New Deal for Communities, Bridging Newcastle Gateshead, invited guests by topic matter.
The Innovation Group meets every 2-3 months to co-ordinate work of time limited groups and to deal with other issues within its terms of reference.
Scrutiny Board (in conjunction with Newcastle City Council)
Membership: Council Scrutiny Management nominees, status to be negotiated for the Voluntary, Community and Private Sector.
The Scrutiny Group will meet at least every 6 months.
